How to manage multiple Google Business Profiles: ownership, access and one dashboard

Last reviewed October 30, 2026

Quick answerKeep every business owner as the owner of its profile, as Google requires of anyone managing clients' profiles, then run posts, reviews and reports for all of them from one dashboard.

How to manage multiple Google Business Profiles: the short answer

To manage multiple Google Business Profiles, give every person their own Google Account, ask each client to invite you as a manager rather than an owner, and run the daily work from one dashboard. Google's own tools cover part of it: one post can go to several of your profiles, performance data can be read for several at once, and bulk management starts at 10 locations.

A paid dashboard such as Localo Pro adds one place for reviews, reports and weekly tasks across profiles.

Ownership first: Google's rules for managing clients' profiles

Google's policy says each client must keep ownership or co-ownership of its profile at all times. Do not share passwords. Keep clients informed of every change and edit. A client can take back control within 7 business days of notice. Anyone who charges a management fee must also say that Business Profile is a service provided at no extra cost.

To add you, the owner opens More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access, and picks Owner or Manager. A manager can edit information, reply to reviews and manage posts, but cannot add or remove users.

What one dashboard for many profiles adds

  • Posts: Localo's bulk posting starts from a Bulk action choice and is on Pro and Enterprise, not Single Business. Google's own Posts tool can also post to several profiles.
  • Reviews: Localo's Reviews manager holds every profile's reviews in one inbox on Pro. Google's Gemini replies connection is not available to people who manage more than one verified profile.
  • Reports: the Reports manager, for all clients at once, is on Pro and Enterprise.
  • Organization: Localo groups profiles into workspaces, which keep clients or brands apart, and tags them by region, client or campaign.

Client access and reports without shared logins

Localo asks you not to share one login with your team or clients. Invite clients as Guests instead. Guests sign in through a white-label portal and see only the profiles you choose for them. An invitation is valid for 7 days, and only the Owner role reaches billing. Reports can carry your logo and sender address, and they wait for your approval before they go out.

Localo does not offer white-label billing for your clients. One workspace is one subscription, so separate billing for each client means a separate workspace for each.

Which Localo plan fits five, ten or thirty profiles

Half of the profiles in a plan get optimization seats, the slots for weekly tasks, audits and the AI agent. Prices are as read on October 30, 2026.

Pro 10Up to 10 profiles, up to 5 seats$69 a month$699 a year
Pro 30Up to 30 profiles, up to 15 seats$149 a month$1,499 a year

Five profiles fit Pro 10 with a seat for each. Ten also fit, but five get seats and five are only monitored. Thirty need Pro 30. Localo Pro 10 connects up to 10 profiles at $69 a month billed monthly, with bulk posting, one Reviews manager and white-label reports for clients. Google Business Profile management tools for freelancers compares it with rivals, and Localo pricing explains the sizes.

Localo's 14-day trial, for eligible new users with no card, is checked for each profile separately. A profile that never had a trial is activated free, and the others need a paid plan. An owner of two or three profiles may need only Google's tools. A team past 30 profiles should read Google Business Profile management tools for agencies.
