Localo pricing: how the three plans are metered, what the trial and refund terms say and how to pick a plan

Localo pricing explained from the vendor's pages: three plans, what profile and optimization seat limits mean, trial, billing, renewal and refund terms.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-29

Quick answerLocalo sells a Single Business plan, a Pro plan for agencies and freelancers and a custom Enterprise plan. The bill follows connected profiles and optimization seats, not feature counts. The vendor offers a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day refund window. Its own page words the annual saving several ways, so read the checkout.
Localo is likely to fit when

✓ Owners of one-location businesses who want a weekly task list for their profile

✓ Freelancers who look after a handful of client profiles and need white-label reports

✓ Owners who want edit protection and drafted review replies in one app

✓ Owners who want a 14-day trial before they pay

Important limitations

— Owners whose profile is complete and who can reply to reviews in Google's free tools

— Agencies that need listing sync and review requests across many sites in one account

— Owners who want a provider to do the work rather than use a dashboard

— Anyone looking for a promised position in Maps, which Google says no provider can guarantee

Localo pricing: three plans, two meters

Localo's pricing page lists three plans. Single Business is written for an owner with one Google Business Profile. Pro is written for agencies and freelancers who handle several client profiles. Enterprise has no listed amount and starts with a conversation, for portfolios the FAQ puts above 120 profiles. A slider at the top asks how many profiles you manage and recommends a plan, and a toggle switches between monthly and yearly billing.

This guide reads the page as of October 29, 2026. Amounts stay on the live page, where the tax line is also shown.

What the plan limits mean: profiles and optimization seats

  • Active business profiles: how many Google Business Profiles you can switch on for keyword monitoring, content, reviews and a free website. The table lists 1 on the single plan, up to 60 on Pro and a custom number on Enterprise.
  • Optimization seats: how many of those profiles get weekly tasks, the AI assistant, competitor tracking and regular audits. The table lists 1 on the single plan, up to 30 on Pro and a custom number on Enterprise.
  • In practice a Pro account can connect 60 profiles and optimize 30 of them. The other 30 stay connected for monitoring and management.
  • You can reassign a seat. A deactivated seat frees up after your next billing date, or from the first day of the following month on annual billing.
  • The Pro card and the FAQ describe the profile range differently: 2 to 10 on the card, 2 to 120 in the FAQ. Ask before you buy if your count sits near an edge.

What each plan is described as including

  • Single Business: guided weekly tasks, a view of what competitors do, drafted posts and all reviews in one place with one-click replies.
  • Pro: a dashboard for every client profile, white-label reports, posts and offers scheduled weeks ahead, and personal training and support. The FAQ names Pro 30 and Pro 60 variants and says those include a dedicated account manager.
  • Enterprise: a custom number of profiles at a custom price, automated client reports and priority support.
  • The feature table groups features as primary, optimization and Pro. Primary features include the position map, keyword tracking, reviews, a content publisher, a website builder, a schema generator, Business Profile protection, a review poster and statistics.
  • The Pro group lists a rank checker widget, client acquisition tools, a reports manager, a reviews manager across profiles and bulk posting to many profiles at once, all ticked for Pro and Enterprise. Team and client access sits in the same group but is ticked for every plan, and onboarding and individual training are ticked for Pro and Enterprise.

Trial, billing and refund terms: read the total at checkout

  • Trial: 14 days free, and the page says no card is needed to start.
  • Annual saving: the plan cards say 2 months free, the FAQ says 20% off compared with monthly plans, and a third label reads 40% forever. The page also says the discount lasts while you keep the same plan. The figures do not match, so confirm the total at checkout.
  • Tax: plan amounts are marked plus VAT. Check the final total, including any tax, on the checkout screen.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date, and the FAQ says renewals come without extra notices.
  • Payment: the FAQ lists major cards, bank transfers, BLIK, PayPal and Google Pay.
  • Refunds: the pricing page promises a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. The regulations say you may cancel within 30 days of activating the first subscription for a profile slot and that Localo refunds within 14 days. They exclude second and later purchases for the same Google account and cap no-reason refunds at three in total. After 30 days no refund is due.
  • Changes: the FAQ says you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Pick a plan from the number of profiles you manage

One profile of your own: Single Business is the match, and the 14-day trial is the low-risk way to learn whether you will follow a weekly task list. Two or more client profiles: Pro, with the seat count deciding how many of them get optimization tasks. More than 120: Enterprise, by conversation.

Before you pay, compare the cost with the free route. Google's help lists steps that cost nothing: verify the business, complete the profile, reply to reviews and add photos. Localo's pages also describe free tools, such as a review poster generator and a review response generator, that its pages describe as working in a browser without signing up.

Questions to ask before you pay

  • How many profiles will I connect in a year, and how many need weekly tasks?
  • Will I finish a weekly list, or do I only need an audit once?
  • What is the total at checkout, with tax, for monthly and for yearly billing?
  • When is the renewal date, and who will cancel if I stop using the tool?
  • What does a per-location rival charge for the same jobs? Localo vs BrightLocal and the software shortlist set the alternatives side by side.
